The sliding door is rusted out at the bottom, as are most of these vans that are a few years old.

Included in the sale is a new preformed replacement panel designed for this specific repair. I also have a replacement inner panel, but I don't think it needs to be replaced.

Just cut out the old panel below where the horizontal trim fits, pop-rivet the new panel in place and paint. Replace the trim over the pop-rivets and the repair is hidden. This should make a decent repair for a do-it-your-selfer.

Or, if you want, take it to a body shop and have it welded into place.
